Who we are
Safi Systems Kenya ("we", "us") is a Kenyan software systems company that hosts, manages, integrates and builds business software for Kenyan organisations. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only; the systems we host for clients are governed by each client's own agreement and privacy notice.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies that identify you.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, scope the work you have asked about and, if you become a client, to deliver and support that work. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
3. Who processes it
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our company mailbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Web3Forms does not store your submission after delivery. WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
5. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is processed. Email our data protection contact at dpo@safisystems.co.ke or privacy@safisystems.co.ke and we will respond within 14 days.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
