These terms apply to your use of the Safi Systems Kenya website at safisystems.co.ke. Services we provide to clients are governed by the proposal, quote or service agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited material.
3. Quotes and proposals
Information on this website is a general description of our services and is not an offer. Prices are confirmed in a written quote or proposal in Kenya Shillings (KES), which states what is included and how long the quote remains valid.
4. Fees and payment
Our work is charged as a setup fee, a monthly plan, a fixed project price or a support retainer, as set out in your quote. Payment is by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Payment terms, renewals and any applicable taxes are stated in your quote or invoice.
5. Your data
You own the data held in the systems we host and manage for you. We process it only to provide the agreed services and in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.
6. Acceptable use of hosted systems
Systems we host must not be used for unlawful activity, to send spam, to distribute malware or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend a service that is being abused or that puts other clients at risk. Abuse can be reported to abuse@safisystems.co.ke.
7. Third-party software and services
Our services rely on software and services provided by others, including payment, messaging, tax and cloud providers such as M-Pesa, WhatsApp and KRA eTIMS. Their availability, charges and terms are set by those providers and are outside our control.
8. Availability and support
We monitor, back up and update the systems we manage and work to keep them available. Specific commitments, including response times, apply where they are set out in your support plan or service agreement.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general information and without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for services is limited as set out in the agreement for that engagement.
10. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Safi Systems Kenya or its licensors. Product names and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
